1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RunAgent.net ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

RunAgent provides automated deployment and hosting of AI agent software (OpenClaw) on dedicated cloud servers (Hetzner). The Service includes server provisioning, security configuration, and optional AI credit routing.

3. Account & Eligibility

You must sign in via Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

4. Payments & Refunds

  • Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually via Polar or cryptocurrency (USDT).
  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of initial purchase for managed plans.
  • One-time setup fees are non-refundable once the installation script has been executed.
  • Cryptocurrency payments are verified on-chain. Refunds for crypto payments, if applicable, will be issued to the original sending address.
  • AI credit top-ups are non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Send spam, conduct phishing, or distribute malware
  • Engage in illegal activity, fraud, or abuse
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' servers
  • Use excessive bandwidth or resources that degrade service for others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

6. Server & Security

  • Each managed deployment runs on a dedicated server — your instance is not shared with other customers. We retain limited administrative access solely for the purpose of automated management (start, stop, restart, recovery). Root passwords and access keys are stored in an encrypted format to facilitate these services.
  • We apply industry-standard security hardening including firewall rules, SSH key authentication, and automatic security updates.
  • Platform tokens (Telegram, Discord, etc.) and server credentials are stored in ourSecure Encrypted Vault to enable recovery and management features. They are encrypted at rest and are not accessible to RunAgent staff.
  • While we implement best-practice security measures, no system is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute protection against all threats. You are responsible for keeping your own credentials (bot tokens, API keys) secure.

7. AI Credits & Third-Party APIs

AI credits are routed through our proxy to third-party model providers (e.g., OpenRouter). We add a service markup. Usage is metered per-token and deducted from your monthly allowance or top-up balance. We are not responsible for third-party model availability or output quality.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RunAgent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Server provisioning depends on third-party infrastructure providers (Hetzner). We are not liable for outages caused by upstream providers, network issues, or force majeure events.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your server will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, the server and all associated data will be permanently deleted.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
